"We've been with David Reed for about 11 years. Everyone in the office is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. When I was hit, by a young and uninsured driver, on a major highway just south of Nashville. I called the office immediately. Pat got on the phone to help me though the situation. I had a concussion from the accident, I was on my way to get my dad's ashes, and my mom was at my house on hospice. I lost it and broke down. Pat was nice and gave conforming words and sound advice. My mom died about a week later. Thank Pat for the compassion and support! Jennifer worked with me recently to ensure we have adequate coverage for our home and add a vehicle to our policy. She made the process easy and gave options. We've had a couple of other claims over the years. Each time everyone had been helpful and professional.
